Calculators
The calculators are arithmetic aids. They compute exactly what their formula panels say, using the numbers you type. They do not check that a dose is appropriate, safe, or correctly prescribed. You are responsible for confirming any result with a pharmacist or prescriber before acting on it. We provide them "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Accuracy
We cite primary sources and date our pages, and we correct errors when they are reported. Labels, prices and trial data change; a page may be out of date between revisions. We make no guarantee of completeness or currency.
Intellectual property
Text, diagrams and code on this site belong to FormBlends unless otherwise stated. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link. You may not republish whole pages or present the calculators as your own.
